ABANCE is a family company founded in 1994. Its main business activity is support on the functional design, detail design and production design of military ships and submarines, as well as integration engineering for combat systems and control systems.
ABANCE has the great capacity to adapt its engineering to the production means of each shipyard, and it provides technical assistance in the manufacturing, assembly and testing phases of a ship, always seeking to optimise delivery times and reduce the production costs of a product. ABANCE participates as a subcontractor at public shipyards on national programmes, as well as programmes for foreign navies.

Integration Engineering of the Control System on Ships
ABANCE has extensive experience developing redundant and flawless PLC-based systems for ship control, including generation subsystems, damage control, steering & propulsion, auxiliary, emergency and other modules. Its activities cover the entire life cycle, from design to onboard integration & testing, including calibration, training, configuration management, on-board or remote maintenance, etc.
