The CN-235 is the most economical aircraft in the light and medium aircraft field for military and civil missions in benefit to society, such as humanitarian actions, maritime patrols and environmental surveillance, among others. This medium-sized tactical aircraft provides the broad versatility and flexibility required for transporting personnel, troops and bulky/ palletised cargo, in addition to casualty evacuation, communications and logistic tasks and certified airdropping capabilities. It can carry up to 6 tons of payload or up to 51 people.
