Minsk Research Institute of Radiomaterials JSC (MNIIRM) has been successfully operating since 1982 in the field of development and production of electronic components for microwave technology based on advanced semiconductors A3B5, constantly expanding the range of services and products. The specialists of the Institute performed more than 210 projects and R&D for more than 50 largest organisations of Belarus and Russia.
The work is carried out by skilled personnel. At the same time, original techniques are used, in particular, the methods developed for monitoring and testing microwave components of C-, S-, L-, X-, K-wavelength ranges, micromechanics, and sensor technology.
The Institute has the only facility in Belarus for the development and production of optronic products and microwave monolithic integrated circuits (MMICs) with a higher level of integration, sensor technology based on micromechanics.
Main activities:
- development and production of hardware components and functional units of microwave technology of C-, S-, L-, X-, K-wavelength ranges on A3B5 materials (solid-state microwave monolithic integrated circuits, microwave modules)
- design and manufacture of optronic components, modules based on them
- development of sensor technology, modules and systems
- production of gallium arsenide substrates of the “epi-ready” standard, photomasks with a minimum element size of up to 0.6 μm
- production of medical equipment
The design centre of MNIIRM is able to develop new MMICs in terms offered by the leading European enterprises of the industry.
