“Terem-Holding” EAD – 100% state-owned with principal the Minister of Defence. Main activities are: overhaul and modernization of military equipment and production of spare parts.
Products & Services
“Terem-Holding” EAD performs the following services:
Repair, overhaul, modernization and logistic support of:
- Aviation equipment – helicopters and aircraft service equipment;
- Ship repair – ships, armament and equipment for the Navy;
- Armored equipment – tanks, track and wheeled armored vehicles, heavy and light trucks, jeeps, coaches and manufacture of spare parts;
- Small arms, light weapons, artillery weapons, missiles and ammunition;
- Radar and communication equipment.

- Participation in programs for repair, overhaul, modernization, production, utilization and logistical support of armament and equipment for the needs of the Bulgarian Armed Forces and foreign customers.
- Expanding commercial production on the basis of the technologies to be implemented regarding rearmament of the Bulgarian Armed Forces and foreign customers.
